Welcome to the hell. I can only say that when I keep refreshing the page each minute after I do update. Welcome to this circle life again. 

When you got new subscribers you'll happy. But. if there's no respond, you'll upset. Everytime you got a notification said that you've got new comment, it will make you happier. 

Then, you'll want to finish up new chapter in order for you to do update, so you can meet your reader again, read their thought again. You'll get really happy if they like your newest chapter.
